WIZARDMARRAS NOT THE DRYSTONE STAGE 2011
August 27, 2011 09:13 AM PDT
A "FANTASY LINE UP" of what the gig might have looked like if I'd still been running The Drystone Stage at Solfest.
For the full line up, including the super expensive headliners go to my blog as usual.
The podcast also includes exclusive never before heard live recordings from The Drystone Stage at Solfest and a couple of bits of lyrical nonsense from me.
WIZARDMARRA - ANGUS' BOOGIE/GAYNES STAR

The first one back up after too long a delay as always featuring tracks from the upcoming Solfest festival, again more details can be found on my blog
Importantly here's the track listing.
ARCOMNIA – ANDRO
Featuring the best of music by new and established artists in the genres of folk, new folk, americana and all and everything else that Wizardmarra fancies.
I am the infamous Wizardmarra, Storyteller and the man who erstwhile programmed the Drystone Stage at Solfest a music and arts festival held on August Bank Holiday at Tarnside Farm in Cumbria and currently is manager and programmer of The Jack In The Green stage at Nuts In May a new festival in Workington, Cumbria. Every year I get hundreds of demos, links to 'myspace' pages and request from bands, singers, musicians of all kinds as well as poets, comedians and others wanting a chance to play. Here I'll play selected tracks from the acts that have performed there on tho9se stages the pick of those others who I simply haven't got the space to put on the stage but I think deserve a bit more exposure.
